HellaBeats - “Future Retro”
Breaks, DJ Jay, DJ Sets, Glitch Hop, Mid Tempo, Moombahton
Like my boy L.L. said: “Don’t call it a comeback, I been here for years!”
For my first podcast of 2012 (!) I wanted feature a bunch of tracks that are really speaking to me these days. The sounds looks forward, the samples back, and the result is healthy blend genres, new and old, the likes of which didn’t really exist before 2011. Its like we just threw some Hip Hop, soul, R&B, classical, electro house, alternative rock, dub-step, moombahton and breaks all together into a 110 BPM sonic smoothy. Yuuuuuuuuuuuum
Enjoy, and don’t forget to subscribe to the podcast! We’ve got a bunch of new stuff we’ll be rolling out over the summer v(^-^)v
